In seven acts, we are trying to build some pictures in fireworks and performances which allow to the audience to keep great emotions and feelings about this show.We don’t want rewrite a history of Prometheus’s myth and Galileus’search in more. But we want use two important facts as legende ( Prometheus god gives flames to human people) , as real history, ( Galileus demonstrates that universe is not vertical with the earth and God at summit but horizontal and infinity ). So, we create atmospheres and pictures around main themes using musical extracts of contemporary musics as Philip Glass, but also Meredith Monk, Gorecki, Tony Hymas, Badalamenti …The musical tape is a really special construction according with visual effects and scenographia.Prometheus is represented by a musician comedian, goddess who stands up for him is acrobate, human people is performed by extras.So during 35 minutes, fireworks, special effects and some human apparitions build an original spectacle.
I. - Zeus’s power : - in the sky, a lighting sphere is illuminated by flams and Bengals.- the power of Zeus is illustrated by fountains and roman candles in silver sparkles from the top-roof of a high building or other high structure. - sparkling gerbs and powerfull pyrotechnics are utilized for this act.
II. – Prometheus action : - in defence of humans, Prometheus appears on a top of a high-lift steals fire from Zeus and gives out on humans’site.- human site is constituted by pyramidal structures of 3 m high disposed in wheelbarrows handled by 8/10 peoples - Zeus is in a fit of anger and a lot of fireworks illuminates this passage from top-roof.- goddess appears on the roof and moves about looking for charm Zeus- Prometheus
III. – Prometheus’ punishment : - in spite of a last goddess’s charm, Prometheus is condemned, tied up for eternity. - Get out of him a big energy with very loud whistles and crackling effects with a lot of crying words.- a bird tears at him and spreads his blood, symbolized by a big red illumination.
IV. – Human people- they received ‘fire’ from Prometheus and structures with flames, bengals and special effects liven up during a six minutes deambulation in street or on land situated between gods’home and a site which allows to use fireworks.- V. – Galileus’search- on the new site, classic fireworks starts from varied places, always with big shells and always from down to high.- appears a telescope ( from a telescopiclift ) throws a big beam then a lot of sparkles which spread everywhere on the site.- from vertical, fireworks becomes on the horizontal
VII. From Prometheus to Galileus- Prometheus brought fire at humans and fireworks full the space- Galileus brought an open vision of the Universe and fireworks full the sky.
